At the Business/SPEA Library, one of our core values is great customer service. We believe in rewarding excellent, outstanding customer service when/where we see it. Each semester, we give out two awards to part-time staff for instances of exceptional
customer service that goes “Above & Beyond” when helping patrons. Remember, we're always on the lookout for situations involving excellent, exceptional customer service. If you see a co-worker performing excellent customer service, please let any of the full-time staff know.
