Ivona is our first staff member to be
Caught in the Act this semester. Because of a schedule gap, she was alone at the desk, but that didn't stop her from greeting each guest with a smile in a timely manner. When she wasn't helping guests, she busied herself by refilling the paper levels in our printers and putting books in order on our routing shelves. Thanks, Ivona, for your dedication to our guests' needs. Your conscientiousness is greatly appreciated.
For those of you new to the staff, please know that being
Caught in the Act is a good thing at the Business/SPEA IC! It's all about providing good public service. At the end of each semester, one student staff member Caught in the Act of providing outstanding service to our guests is awarded a Target gift certificate. This is the full-time staff's way of expressing our special thanks for a job well done.
