It's about TIME

TIME #1) Ever notice that TIME doesn't always record your shift exactly?  Our timekeeping system has a built-in rounding mechanism.  It will round your clock-in and clock-out times as follows:

                Rounded Time                  Actual Clock Time

                :00                                          :57-:02
                :06                                          :03-:08
                :12                                          :09-:14
                :18                                          :15-:20
                :24                                          :21-:26
                :30                                          :27-:32
                :36                                          :33-:38
                :42                                          :39-:44
                :48                                          :45-:50
                :54                                          :51-:56

TIME #2)  Most of you are remembering to use the missed punch feature when you forget or are unable to clock in.  Please do remember that each time you use the missed punch feature, you need to record a reason why in the note section.  Your note doesn't have to be elaborate -- a simple "I forgot" or "I was helping guests at the desk" will do, but something has to be in the note field before I can approve your missed punch.  That said, please do your best to clock in before you begin working so the missed punch feature is used as infrequently as possible.

Have any questions about our timekeeping system?  Just let me know.
