Ivona Caught in the Act

Ivona was Caught in the Act last week.  Because of a scheduling glitch this semester, Ivona routinely works at the desk alone for an hour each Tuesday afternoon. It is a very busy time at the service desk, but she handles it beautifully making very sure our guests are greeted and served well.  She also carefully attends to all the 1st mate's duties during that hour.  Last Tuesday, she also took the time to inform a supervisor about a possible location within the building where guests might conduct phone interviews.  Her lead didn't pan out, but the fact that she took the time and was interested in our guests enough to pass this possibility on is commendable.
