Ivona Caught in the Act

If you happened to work on April 19th, you know it was a busy day at BUSP.  At one point, our wait list was 15 names long!  As busy as it was, Ivona did double-duty that day.  She not only did an excellent job of taking care of our guests from the captain's chair, but she also took the time to reorganize both the carts and the shelves of books waiting to be returned to our stacks.
