Room Reservation Reminder

Just a reminder that room reservations can only be made in person at the desk.  Phone reservations are not accepted.  Why, you may ask?  People who take the time to come to the desk and make a reservation are much more likely to keep that reservation.  Also, we want to see the person's ID to verify their identity when they make the reservation.  And that's really difficult to do over thephone!
