Siblings Caught in the Act

Both Sarah and Charles were Caught in the Act last week.

Charles was caught submitting the idea of posting information about our monitors' operations on the group tables and in the group rooms.  He was even kind enough to write up the needed info.  Upon implementation, his idea should result in our guests making fewer trips to the service desk to request help with the monitors.  This means less frustration for them, and less bother for us.  Thank you so much, Charles!

Sarah was caught subbing.  Normally subbing for another employee doesn't qualify for Caught in the Act, but Sarah subbed on a moment's notice on a Saturday.  Thank you Sarah!  Without your help, last Saturday would have been a long and difficult day for the other employees present, and our service to our guests would have suffered.
