1) your class schedule
2) a list of other times when you cannot work because of another job, regularly scheduled meetings, etc.
3) a list of your preferred times to work
4) a list of your least favorite times to work
Once I have this information from everyone, I'll put the schedule together, doing my best to meet at least some of your preferred hours. If everyone wants the same hours, seniority will play a role in my assigning them.
