New TIME System

Remember long, long ago when I told you that our TIME system would be upgraded?  Well, that day will arrive on November 17.  Beginning with that date, you'll be using the new and improved TIME when you clock in and out.  You'll see that much remains the same with the upgrade, but the look and feel will be a bit different. The upgrade also offers some improvements that I think you'll like:
--If you forgot to clock in or clock out less than 24 hours ago, you can correct this yourself with the missed-punch function.
--If you forgot to clock in or out more than 24 hours ago, you can send me an e-mail directly from your timesheet.
--If you work multiple jobs and/or sub a lot of hours at BUSP and are close to going over the allowed 29 hours per week, you'll receive a message alerting you to this.

One thing definitely remains the same:  You must use one of the BUSP circulation workstations to clock in and out.
